Teenage Perpetrator Given Life Imprisonment Sentence with Lowest 16-Year Term
A teenage youth has been judged to life incarceration with a base duration of sixteen years for the murder of other pupil the victim during a lunch period.

Throughout the trial, the accused claimed he had not intended to kill the deceased or cause him significant damage, asserting he could not recall what had occurred.
The prosecution maintained that he had "desired to prove he was formidable" and "was aware exactly what he was doing".
"You acted as the instigator and... you acted in pain and anger at what you considered to be his disloyalty of your relationship," stated the judge during the judgment.

The educational institution issued a statement expressing that Harvey was "dearly mourned every day by the whole school community".
